Who is responsible
This is a personal, non-commercial website. It is run by Pedro Novo, who can be reached at hello@pedronovo.com.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, has no forms and sells nothing. The typefaces are hosted on the site itself, so a visit sends no requests to third-party services.
Hosting logs
As with any website, the hosting provider's server (Amen) may automatically log technical data for each visit, such as the IP address, date and time, and the page requested. These logs are used only to run and secure the service, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and are managed by the provider under its own policy.
If you write to the address above, your name, email address and message are used only to reply and for no other purpose. Messages are received in a mailbox hosted by Amen and forwarded to a Gmail (Google) account; both act as email service providers. Beyond that, they are not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to the same address. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
